Desperate Housewives’ stars Teri Hatcher, Felicity Huffman, Marcia Cross and Eva Longoria will be paid $19.5 million each for the hit show’s next season making them the highest paid actresses on US TV.After months of intense negotiations, the four actresses have finalised the eight-figure deal, reported People magazine online.The actresses will pick up a whopping $400,000 per episode for the eighth and ninth seasons of the drama. “We had to get the girls back. The show simply earns too much money to stop making it. Like in previous salary renegotiations, Hatcher brokered her deal separately from Huffman, Cross and Longoria,” said a source in ABC network.Along with Hatcher, Huffman, Longoria and Cross the newest housewife, Vanessa Williams, will also return next season.Despite slipping in the ratings from its heyday, Desperate Housewives is still a huge success in the USA as well as worldwide.
