Jane Krakowski is a new mom. The 30 Rock star and Ally McBeal alum gave birth to baby boy Bennett Robert Godley in New York City last Wednesday, Us Magazine has learned.
The son — who weighed in at 7 lb. 12 oz. — is the first child for the Tony winner, 42, and her clothing designer fiance Robert Godley. The announced their engagement in Jan. 2010.
A statement from the happy couple reads, “Jane Krakowski and Robert Godley are thrilled to announce the arrival of their baby boy, Bennett Robert Godley, born Wednesday, April 13, in New York. Bennett, the first child for both Jane and Robert, weighed 7 lbs 12 ounces and is sporting blonde hair just like his mom!”
Krakowski tells Us: “Bennett is an amazing, healthy sweet boy and we are both just crazy in love with him.”
Krakowski plays dim-witted, self-absorbed actress Jenna Maroney on the Emmy-winning 30 Rock.
