Salman Khan is on a roll after Dabangg and he is not taking any chances with his next release Ready which hits theaters on June 3.
Salman has been deeply involved in the film's production. To start with, he convinced the producers to shoot the film in Sri Lanka, not Mauritius as originally planned. There were reports that he tweaked the script and edited the action sequences featuring himself. It is also believed he talked his pals Sanjay Dutt and Ajay Devgan to make cameo appearances in the film..
According to the Mumbai Mirror, Salman has now asked for a reshoot of the song - Pyaar Ke Naam Pe Doosre Karen Toh Raasleela Hai, Main Karoon Toh Character Dheela Hai – after being dissatisfied with its rushes.
Bazmi has confirmed the reshoot to the Mumbai Mirror:
'Well, it was a unanimous call. Kuch portions re-shoot karne hain. Kabhi kabhi aisa hota hai ki hum jo shoot karte hain, baad mein nahin jamta."
Salman reportedly wants Farah Khan to choreograph the song that was earlier choreographed by Raju Khan.
Farah earlier choreographed Munni Badnam Hui of Dabangg, one the biggest hits of recent times.
Bazmi says they have yet to pick a new choreographer, confirming that Raju Khan has been dropped.
"Well, we haven't finalized that yet. We have zeroed down on a couple of names, so let's see," said Bazmi.
In late March it was reported that starting April 3 the remaining part of the film will be shot in Mumbai over three or four days with Salman Khan, Asin and rest of the cast and crew present.
The re-shoot will take place at Film City in Goregaon, East where Salman is currently filming for Bodyguard with co-star Kareena Kapoor.
