Bollywood books their seat for the World Cup
Bollywood joined the rest of the country in jubilation after India thrashed Pakistan in the World Cup semifinals on Wednesday. Their verdict for the World Cup win is unanimous — that it’s India all the way.The most vocal of them all was actor Shah Rukh Khan who opines that India will win at the finals, and plans to watch the finals with his kids at Wankhede Stadium on Saturday.

“We are going to win the finals, Inshallah!I have bought an extra T-shirt for that, and have to go there and watch the finals,” says SRK, who threw an impromptu party for his Bollywood friends at Mannat after the match.

“Sachin is the peg for the team and I think 85 is a great score. For Sachin Tendulkar, you needn’t worry if he misses a century once. I think we shouldn’t put such pressure on him. He doesn’t come under any pressure because he is used to it,” SRK says about his favourite cricketing idol Sachin Tendulkar.

He’s not the only Khan preparing to watch the finals at Wankhede. Sources inform that Aamir Khan, who was at Mohali for the Semis, is preparing to be at Wankhede too. “It was such a thrilling match…such a pleasure. I am sure we will snatch a win at the finals,” Aamir Khan said after the match.

Meanwhile Salman Khan also caught the match with his brothers. “Bhai said that he saw a thrilling match like the one at Mohali after a long time. As for the finals, he’s shooting that day, but might drop in (at Wankhede) for the match,” says a close aide of Salman.

According to sources, quite a few big stars have forwarded their request for tickets to catch the finals at Wankhede, and that BCCI might earmark a section just for the Bollywood celebs.
