Chris Brown has broken his silence by telling of his sadness and sorrow over the alleged assault of his girlfriend Rihanna. However, most folks responding to this unfortunate incident are either on the "Brown Team" or the "Rihanna Team." And, a lot of celebrities have made remarks about the alleged attack on Rihanna. Will Smith and his wife Jada have offered their support to both Chris and Rihanna. Jay-Z said that we should support Rihanna because she is very young and going through a lot right now. Kanye West said that he views Rihanna like a "little sister and he would do anything to help her get on with her life. Chris Brown's father has spoken out and said that Chris is a good person and his son is remorseful. While most of the remarks we've seen have been more in support of Rihanna, actor Terrence Howard said that he supports Chris Brown and would be willing to listen to him if he wanted to talk about things.
Both Rihanna, 20, and Chris Brown, 19, are super-talented artists. After Chris Brown faces the music next month in court and completes his 'punishment time,' whatever that will turn out to be, the two should be able to continue in their careers and have long and happy lives. Rihanna and Chris Brown need professional counseling.
